For questions and comments regarding courses and exams you ordered, you can post a ticket. You can expect a reply within seven (7) working days. If we need more time to investigate and deal with your ticket, you will receive an acknowledgement within seven (7) working days, in which we will explain the delay and give you an indication of when the issue can be expected to be resolved.
